I will "pretend" to be a customer of your business, either in person or online so that you can see just how your customers are being treated, how your product is being packaged, how fast it is shipped, and/or how efficient the return process is.
Having a secret shopper evaluate your business can really show you where you can make improvements or provide proof of great (or poor) employees.
I will provide you with details and specifics you have requested. Via phone or Skype with you to provide my evaluation.
I will go as far through the purchasing/ordering/support process as you need me to, even purchasing a product/service if that's what you require.
If this costs money we can negotiate compensation details unless there is actually something I personal need or want to purchase. Whether it is a return for refund, gift certificate or reimbursement agreed upon. I need to know ahead of time so I can decide whether I have the funds and want to spend money on your product.

I have been in customer service for over 20 years. I started my business and had a successful run with it till I sold the business. I adore being blessed with great customer service. I have trained many employees how to be the face of a company.
Availability & Preferences
I am available 6 days a week. My schedule is pretty flexible working around my own clients appointments.
