Do you struggle with maintaining a healthy diet? Are you unsure of what actually is healthy and what isn't? Do you want to work out but aren't sure where to start or what to do? Well I've been through all of these things, and after years of research and experimentation using myself as a guinea pig, I've found some solutions! We all have different bodies, different tastes, and different schedules but simply being healthy shouldn't mean turning your life upside down. It's not like you're training for the Olympics! The answer is as simple as they come, different methods work for different people. There's only 1 rule we all have to follow (calorie deficit) but there's a million ways to go about it. I can teach you a variety of methods, and if there are any questions I can't answer, then I'll put in the research so you don't have to spend hours searching for answers. All questions guaranteed an answer within 24 hours!
If you're near the Philadelphia area then live personal training workshops are available Tues-Thurs! Usually held outdoors but I'm flexible with location changes.
