1 hour Self Defense Lesson

I will teach various self defense techniques which can be applied to any 1 scenario (per lesson) of the consumer's choosing. Techniques will range from a variety of martial arts including boxing, muay thai, tae kwon do, commando krav maga, brazilian jiu jitsu, judo and wrestling. I will also include a variety of light cardio exercises in the form of a warm up and performance tips. Lessons will regularly be held in an outdoors setting.
Training & Qualifications
-I have 4 years of volunteer experience teaching self defense to high school students, staff, and their families.
-5 years teaching kickboxing
