Ever wanted to experience meditation? Ever thought about learning the ropes of relaxing your mind so that you can hear yourself thing ;) I'll gladly help you get started with meditation by walking you through a simple meditation technique taught to me by guru-ji when I first started studying under Her. We'll start with some basic relaxation and breathing techniques and then move through a grounding technique which will help you become more aware of yourself, your intentions, and your emotions. Finally, we'll learn to quiet our minds and enjoy the stillness that is underlying the appearance of chaos.

I don't request any compensation for this service. I only ask that you teach the technique to at least one other individual who really is interested in learning how to meditate free of charge (I just couldn't set it for 0 Simbi). I also ask that you do not charge for any lessons you give using this method of meditation.
