Training & Qualifications
I have practiced Taekwondo for four years and earned a black belt. I have a turbo kicking certificate, so I can teach classes if I wanted to. If you are looking for a professional trainer, then I am not the person. I'm just passionate about living in a healthy lifestyle and get a good sweat going on after a long day at work.
