Gratitude Check
You can send me three things you are grateful for via text or via text message or message on Simbi. You are free to be as in depth or as brief as you feel. If you want, I will also tell you three things I am grateful for. I find that you're more likely to keep doing something if you have an accountability partner.
Training & Qualifications
When I was bringing myself out of depression, I started the day writing down 3-5 things I was grateful for and I continue to do it many days now. It helps ground you and give you a good perspective. I find that it positively impacts both people in the exchange.
