I will email or write you a letter of encouraging words. And I can continue doing so if you are going through a difficult time. I just like to help people smile and feel better no matter what. It will be a quick note, possibly a poem, an affirmation, or a doodle if you would like. I'm an inspiring writer and spiritual/life coach and this would help me grow as well.
I am adding to this service!! I recently got a new deck of inspirational cards called The Universe Has Your Back and I will pull a card for you as well and send a picture of the card. the great thing about these cards is the fact that you figure out the meaning and purpose yourself. There is no explanation or book with a story behind the cards. They just say what they say and you let them resonate with you and look at the art on the card and see how it applies to your life now!
Training & Qualifications
I work as a peer listener and love helping people feel better. I've been listening to friends and callers for years. I also have 2 years of psychology classes and enjoy doing a refresh to stay current.
