Workout Routine Writing
You are here because you want me to write you a workout routine. If you have no idea of what kind of workout routine you are looking for then please refer to my advice service. If you have an idea (weight training, calisthenics, running, body building, ...) then you are in the right place.
Via my services I will write a routine based on your given parameters after appropriately scoping your necessary level of intensity. A good routine can take me anywhere from 30mins-24hrs to write and even then the routine may still need adjustment, as such I will include free routine consultation based on what I have advised up until the point that you need a new routine or change routines.
