I will offer you my services as a fitness advisor and do the following:
1. Determine your current fitness level.
2. Establish fitness goals.
3. Suggest fitness options.
4. Provide insight into what's next.
A single session can take anywhere from 15-30 mins give or take and can take place during my hours either in person or via Skype.
