Fitness/Weight Loss Planning
First, I will assess your current physical fitness state, and talk with you about your goals. Each person wants something different, be it weight loss or muscle gain, faced-paced or slow and steady, and each plan will be different.
Once we have figured out exactly what you’re looking to achieve with your personalized plan, then we will determine exactly how you are going to achieve these goals. That will include elements such as what type of dietary changes that you are willing and able to make, what type of restrictions you can put on yourself, including how to work things into your schedule, and how much time per day or week you’re able to dedicate to activity or fitness programs to maximize the benefits for your health.
Then we will put it all together into a plan that works for you. Keep in mind, I don’t pay any attention to “trend” diets, and only recommend changes that are backed by verified scientific research. I’ve investigated this thoroughly and can guarantee results if you follow my plan.
Training & Qualifications
I’ve spend 16 years studying health, medicine, and diet. I’ve fallen for some less reputable methods myself in the past, and my experience has taught me what works and what doesn’t. I can save you the time of learning through trial and error by passing my experience and knowledge on to you.
