Most of us carry tension with us in one part of our body or another. Muscle fibres knot together, causing trigger points and pain in your body. These can be worked out and loosen up your muscles to make you feel refreshed and pain-free.
I can adjust to any body part and level of massage, from light repetition to deep muscle work that will last for weeks. I use a combination of lotions and essential oils that will have your skin feeling soft and fresh as well as your muscles.
If you’ve been experiencing muscle pain or tension but don’t want to pay the big money for expensive massage therapy, then I am able help you out.
Training & Qualifications
I’ve never taken any courses in massage therapy, but I’ve been giving massages to those close to me for as long as I can remember. I’m an avid research and have chronic muscle pain myself that I am always working on, so I can help you with my own experience and knowledge.
