If we've already talked options, and determined that repair is required, then let's get going!
I'll do my best to talk you through repairs, or repair remotely.
If we aren't able to get your computer back in working condition, and you end up taking it in to a shop, I'll help you find a reputable shop near you, and provide you with all the information/terms to use when talking to a tech.
