I am a User Experience Designer, which is a fancy way of saying I'm a Web Designer with a background in Psychology. I understand how your users/customers/website visitors are thinking, what they are looking for when arriving at your website, how they are trying to use your website, what turns them off, and what makes them stay and become a customer.
To get started, you can send me your goals for your website (e.g. get fresh look, organize content, get more new visitors, inform employees/stakeholders, increase engagement, turn visitors into customers/subscribers, etc.) and I will tell you how to achieve them!
Training & Qualifications
I am a User Experience Designer, which is a fancy way of saying I'm a Web Designer with a background in Psychology. I have a Masters degree in Psych Research, a MicroMasters in User Experience Research and Design, a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Communication, and a portfolio full of happy customers!
I tend to do full redesigns for small businesses' websites to help them increase their website engagement, gain more new website visitors, and turn those visitors into loyal customers. I also create new websites from scratch and do website consulting to evaluate your website and see how you can improve it. I am happy to work on any type of website or blog (professional or just for fun).
