I am a game producer specializing in early stage. I specialize in game documentation, planning, project management, recruitment, strategy, finance, research etc.
As a coach my strength is in asking Powerful Questions, Customizing coaching tools and in Listening skills.
In my sessions I often mix coaching with explaining, teaching and training. I am adaptible though and can do 100% coaching if desired depending on what client requests otherwise we can take step by step based on what is most helpful at the time.
