I'm happy to sit down and hear about your existing business to see if there is a fit for what I can do. I like to know in detail your business model, how you are approaching your market, your unique angle, roadblocks, financial return and your personal passion for why you are in the business.
If it's something I think I can help you with we'll spend some time going over your plans and financials as well as your perceived challenges and some of the hurdles I think you might face.
My advice is not always easy to hear as we'll have to address the hard questions of what is causing your business concerns or is the startup ready to launch, but in the end, I find that with my businesses I don't need accolades but the insightful advice of what mistakes or issues I may be having.

As an entrepreneur, I've started over 12 businesses in the US, Europe, and Asia in the areas of energy, financial services, community/social services, three in manufacturing and one import business, and assisted starting 7 non-profits. I've been able to sell many of the businesses I've started and often retained as a consultant or director to help turn around failing business and non-profits. Additionally, I've personally invested and coach start-ups and existing businesses in the US and Asia.
