In these challenging times, I am offering you a way to find peace of mind, and decide what next you could do. I would help you to find your answers to your troubles. I firmly believe that you have all your answers within you. You just need someone to help you to find them. I will assist you on your journey to becoming a great individual. Whatever you need, right now, I'm here to support you.

This is approx a 60-minute coaching session infused with Reiki. Receive healing energy during an intense coaching session. Who knows you better than you, right?

I will assist you:
- find a refreshed sense of purpose
- discover your strengths
- create more joy in your everyday life
- find guidance from within to heal yourself in body, mind, emotion, and spirit
- discover what doesn't serve you
- work to release false beliefs and perceptions
- plan your schedule for victory
- rebuild hope in your goals
- create a step-by-step plan for your gaol
- bi-weekly accountability checkups
- discussion on the plan and redrawing it if necessary,

Each session is approx.30 to 60 minutes and has an £80-140 value.

I have been practising for over two years now with great success.
