I will work with you to find out what could be wrong with your Windows PC. I will run through the problems you are experiencing, walk you through gathering more info and attempt to find a solution!
I can also teach you general maintenance for your computer and recommend software for keeping your Windows OS in top shape! Just ask!
I usually do not work with Apple products, knowing this you can still ask but I may not know the answer to your problem!
