Hello, my name is Paul Birkholtz and I have a degree in Digital Science with a minor in Computer Science from Kent State University. I am a Java software engineer at JPMorgan Chase where I work with and develop solutions in legacy systems such as on IBM Mainframe in COBOL and JCL and modern technologies such as AWS and Spring Boot. I have a passion for automation with a strong interest in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with custom Java and Python solutions.
At home I also work on various projects ranging from game development to computer vision and hardware projects. I currently am working on my own RPA solution, a web based budget and investment tracker and an Android app of some nature. Meanwhile I am also over half-way through obtaining a masters in IT business intelligence and analytics.
