Morning Superfood Smoothie

I will provide a nutritious and incredibly delicious, superfood smoothie. All recipes are composed of organic (or beyond), whole food, vegan, gluten-free, sustainably sourced ingredients.
Loaded with essential proteins, vitamins, minerals, fiber, and fatty acids from natural and unprocessed forms, while maintaining a lower glycemic content.
Smoothies start with a house-made, sugar-free cashew milk base and include superfood(s) like cacao, maca, or chaga, balanced with the best available produce, seeds, nuts, spices, and reverse osmosis filtered water.
Everything is assembled in a Vitamix to provide best texture and consistency.
Serving size is a 16 oz. smoothie concentrate that I recommend adding about 8 more ounces of clean water when consuming.
I serve only in glass bottles that have been handwashed in non-toxic, eco-friendly detergent. Glass serves as a neutral vessel that does not leach chemicals into our food, and saves the energy needed to recycle and manufacture disposable paper or petroleum-based products (plastic). I sincerely appreciate guests saving and returning glass bottles to keep the work sustainable.
Training & Qualifications
Having worked as a food and beverage professional for over 15 years, I have acquired an experienced palate through my casual and fine-dining labor. I have also deepened my perspective while living abroad in Asia and Europe for work and school.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free in the AM before noon, weekdays for pickup.
