Ever wondered what this whole coaching thing is about? Not sure you want to jump in right away? Why not chat about it and get a taste of what it is like, how it can help you, and take the first step by defining a reasonable starter goal? Consider this a primer on coaching from an Associate Integral Coach!
I will help you define a specific, concrete objective that is appropriate for a coaching relationship, then walk you through the basics of how coaching can help you achieve it. Once we define your topic, you can decide to continue to work with me on it, or strike out on your own! No obligation at all!
Topics are up for negotiation, but usually fall within the realm of building positive habits, achieving success at work, or developing a specific skill. I have experience in Change Management and Adult Education, but topics can be from any aspect of your life!
Training & Qualifications
I am an accredited Associate Coach through Integral Coaching Canada. I have a degree in Adult Education (Learning Disabilities and English Literature), and post graduate work in Accounting, Leadership Development, and Strategic Human Resources Management.
Availability & Preferences
Weeknights Monday through Wednesday and weekends during the day.
