I am 57 years old, most people believe that I am in my mid forties. I am a vegetarian for more than 25 years. Before that I was mostly a Pescatarian five years. I always say to people that I was a vegetarian before it was stylish. Over the past years I've assisted many people to discover more about the vegetarian/plant-based diet. Many of my friends I've become vegetarian because of my nonjudgmental attitude. I'm one that advocates that it's ok be a part time vegetarian if it suits you best. Some of my friends are vegetarian on weekdays or on the weekends or simply one day a week the choice is yours. I can make help you with recipes, books or web site that suits your lifestyle.
Training & Qualifications
I have been a vegetarian for more than 25 years. I used to own a vegan catering service. I have been a teaching vegetarian cooking classes for more than 25 years.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free Monday through Saturday between the hours of 9am and 7pm.
