Training & Qualifications
I have been fermenting just about everything you can think of (and a few things you probably can't) for over 10 years! I regularly make my own yogurt, sauerkraut, kimchi, mead (honey wine), beer, brined meats (pastrami, corned beef), vinegars, kombucha, and the list goes on and on!! One year I made close to 300 gallons of mead!!!
