I will come to a kitchen of your choosing and prepare a unique, healthy, cultural cross-over meal 2 to 4 people.
My service includes:
-Chop, peel, and preparation of all fresh ingredients for your unique meal.
-Friendly walkthrough of applicable cooking techniques and order of operations in real-time.
-Plating and serving dish for all guests. 1 entree and 2 side dishes (More is negotiable)
My most requested dishes have been born from the divine union of culinary traditions I have experienced around the globe:
Polish + Costa Rican,
South Indian + Sicilian,
and Moroccan + Thai to name a few...
**Note: We will discuss your meal ahead of time. I will prepare a list, YOU provide the ingredients. Vegan and Veg-friendly!
I can work around most food allergies/restrictions/aversions.

Training & Qualifications
For over 15 years I have been preparing scrumptious fusion cuisine for hungry omnivores, vegans, and vegetarians.
I am well-versed in professional and personal kitchens. I, like many of the people I work with, am wildly excited by the prospect of new flavors to liven up the drudgery of the easy meals we often settle upon. So, when travelling abroad I seek out chefs and cuisine that exude cultural authenticity to understand the flavors/spices that make them unique.
This knowledge has inspired me and I am here to share it you!
