Inspired by a recent Simbi deal with a freelancer looking for funding advice, I put together this deal for folks to review their business models. Do you wonder if there are ways you might alleviate the burden of carrying both your need for profitability and your commitment to your mission? Do you struggle to fund your social enterprise while overlooking a solution in the business model itself? Getting clear on your business model and the related levers in your design can help you on the road to profitability and/or to replicable and authentic, mission driven growth. Over the hour long exchange, we will examine your current business model and consider ways you might curate and develop the model to move you from scarcity to abundance.
