Musicianship Lessons/Tutoring

Whether you're in an ensemble or are just starting to make music, understanding the functions of harmony takes the frustration out of playing music. It doesn't matter if you're an instrumentalist, vocalist, electronic musician or songwriter, studying musicianship will help you bridge the gap between practice and performance. Lessons can be tailored to fit your goals and will likely include rhythm and harmony activities like singing and clapping; optional studies would include piano basics, notation, songwriting, and improvisation.
Training & Qualifications
I have a BA in Music from Regis University and I'm working on my Dalcroze music method certification.
Availability & Preferences
Since lessons will consist of aural and kinesthetic activities in addition to worksheets, we will need to meet in person. We should find a space where you feel comfortable clapping, singing, and making silly noises. This could be a music practice room, your home or mine. If you want to encorporate any instruments into our lessons our meeting space will need to accommodate.
