Swimming is the best impact-free cardio workout- perfect for those who want to lose weight and build muscle tone without the hip and knee strain that comes with running. If you're looking for a new way to exercise, this could be just the thing for you! I'll evaluate your stroke and guide you through form-improving exercises and a challenging workout. As long as you're comfortable I'll be in the water with you, demonstrating what I explain before I have you try it. We can cover any strokes.

I am an American Red Cross certified Water Safety Instructor with 3 years of swim team experience and a year of teaching group lessons.
