I am more than happy to provide a one hour session where you can ask any of the awkward questions about the LGBT community that you want. This is not a first venue I have spoken towards. I have literally performed dozens of interviews on this transgender issues as well as bdsm, polyamory, and other related alternative sexualities.
Let's get a few things out of the way first which are the most common questions. I don't want to necessarily charge for them.
Q : When did you know?
A : I knew at an early age, I would say ages 3-4.
Q : Are your parents supportive?
A : No
Q : When did you transition?
A : Medically in 2009, I socially transitioned in 2002.
Q : Did it hurt?
A : The surgery did not hurt.
Q : What does your husband think?
A : My husband married me as a woman, yes it has changed our relationship.
Q : What does your daughter call you?
A : Melvin
Training & Qualifications
I am a gay female to male transsexual who medicially transitioned in 2009 after living several years as a man. I have also given birth as a man. I have spoken at Emory University School of Medicine on transsexuality.
