Renting A Car

Hello!
Heading to TwitchCon in Long Beach, CA, in mid October. It would be useful to have a rental car but as I am 20 years old, renting cars gets expensive. I do have a Zipcar account, but for example as opposed to Turo, it gets rather expensive when renting for 5 days. Unfortunately with Turo I have to be 21 or older and will not be a year older in time. I was wondering if anyone knew of cheap ways to rent cars for under 21, or knew anyone willing to rent out their car for that length of time.
