Okay so I'm sick, not the contagious kind, but the lifetime hospitals surgeries and too sick that I struggle with house work kind. And over the last few months have gotten worse, my nutrition isn't good even though I know what to do, I just don't have the energy and strength to pull it off.
I need to meal prep once a month or week to make meals to freeze so I get all the nutrition I need to stay out of the hospital. Meal prepping is extremely important in my life because I am addicted to food, but I've lost 160 pounds to date and I NEED to keep it off, which requires this or else I'll gain I back. I have an extremely high protein diet, so I need someone who can cook meat and be fine.

To be clear, I am looking for someone to come over for a day or evening to help me make meals, portion them into container to freeze and then clean up the dishes.
I will be buying all the needed ingredients and planning the meals so I know what to shop for.

I have no one in the city, my family lives far away but I need to be near good medical centres which is why I don't live at home, it's just me and my small black dog. So if you agree to help me with this, you will potentially be saving my life, or at least saving my hair from falling out and my nails from falling off again (I've had this happen more than once because of malnutrition and it fucking sucks)

Dates in which you can help are very flexible because I don't work, instead I run my own art business to make little extras to treat myself and my dog. It also keeps me sane. I'd like help 3 times, once every two weeks lets say, or what ever we talk out that works best.

I'd love if we could trade, one piece of art per visit, no matter what the art is that you want, you have no idea how much I need help with this.
