Come talk/Text my ear off. I don't know you, or anything about you! So I don't care enough to judge. I will simply listen. And add input if you want. (Or not if you don't) Maybe I'll tell you a story that I make up on the spot. (Might not be good).
But most important, I won't try to "fix" you. You're probably fine the way you are anyway.
Training & Qualifications
A person with ears/eyes and an ability to hear/read. And listen. And that's really all you need.
