I will provide you with a simple daily protocol you can use to boost your Thyroid function and Metabolism with thins you likely already have in your home. The plan will provide details of foods you likely have in your pantry and fridge AND the reasoning behind why you use them and how they work. The information contains what to use and how much. Get your day started off right by supporting the normal circadian rhythm of your hormones ... even if they aren't working great right now! If you enjoy this protocol I can provide in the future a weekly menu that can further help support your Thyroid function and help you normalize your metabolism. I can also provide a simple way to monitor your metabolism, again using things you already have at home .... no need to spend a bunch of money on complicated tests.
In full disclosure this WILL NOT fix physiological and biochemical problems that cause this problem to happen in the first place, but it can be a very useful crutch to prop you up a bit.
