C for Confidentialty: I will not discuss what is said outside our interaction. If I make any notes, I will destroy them.
I for I statements: I will interpret what you say in the first person
F for Flow: I may need to pause you, ask you to slow down to keep the flow of words in balance or ask for clarification.
E for Everything: I will interpret everything I hear including side conversations, swear words, etc.
