Sometimes you need somebody to tell you what they really think of something, no holds barred.
Particularly in work, family & relationships, many of us are conflict avoidant or are in high context cultural environments where no one is ever supposed to say what they really think directly.
I've seen this kind of frankness help people shift their reality in heart circles, recovery groups & other workshops.
I will do my best to be frank but gentle. And can help you try to come up with other solutions to your problem using strategic questioning & appreciative inquiry techniques.
If you need some straight talk about an urgent or intense topic from a disinterested party, give me a shout. Hopefully an outside perspective will give you a breath of fresh air and we can come up with some new avenues of transformation for you to explore and move forward.
Training & Qualifications
I was raised in a low context cultural environment which valued straight talk, honesty, and directness. I am the youngest child which made me a truth teller. I have supervised hundreds of employees in diverse contexts & sectors at multiple levels.
