Job Interview Roleplay
Thirty minute video chat interview, plus thirty minutes of preparation discussion & specific direct constructive oral feedback afterwards. We can cover specific topics of your choice, for example, salary negotiation. Practicing will increase your confidence and the chances of landing a better gig. You can also let me know if there are specific arenas you would like feedback around.
I can do this for hiring managers as well.
I can improvise but I will expect you to provide the job title & resume/linkedin, and ideally company info & a job posting or description. We'll both stay in role for the full 30 minutes. I can also give you feedback on your Linkedin profile and web presence.
If you're interested in a more focused & deeper exploration for your job search, I can coach you thru a longer process to identify a dozen aspects of where you want to work, with who, in what sector etc which will help you focus & optimize your outcome.

Training & Qualifications
I have interviewed thousands of candidates and hired hundreds in various high turnover jobs like food service but also a wide range of sectors & levels: nonprofit, tech, management & board members. Other managers generally turned the hiring over to me as one colleague put it before becoming a district manager: "Why is it everyone you hire ends up as a supervisor and everyone I hire gets fired within a month?"
