Let's go for a walk!

I love hiking, both alone and with others. So if you don't like to hike alone, I'll be happy to accompany you. This can be for just an hour, or a whole day, or even longer! (Just remember that my pace has slowed down a bit, since it's almost 40 years ago that I was 20... :-D )
We could walk in silence, or have a conversation. I'm willing to listen a lot. And if you like life stories I can do that, too! We can even hike with a theme if you want. Or in a meditating way. We can look for places where there must be gnomes, elves or other nature beings. And if you are a nordic walker (the real stuff :-)), we can do that as well.
And of course I'm open to any creative suggestions for hiking!
Ofcourse, this activity is something we can only do when we're in each other's neighbourhood... unless it would be for a really long distance hike.
Training & Qualifications
I've often been on short and long walks during my life, and I'm easy and spontaneous in being in contact with people.
I've taken courses in Alfa and Total Nordic Walking.
Long ago I followed bio-energetic courses that developed my sensitivity to and awareness of energies.
Availability & Preferences
For really long walks (more than half a day), it could take a while for me to be available. Short ones in the neighbourhood of where I am, are more realistic in this time of my life. But you can always try!
