I will facilitate you during your inquiry of stressful thoughts in a certain concrete situation, following the simple directions of The Work of Byron Katie (check out www.thework.com to know more). We'll write out a worksheet and basically use 4 questions and turnarounds to inquire your stressful thoughts in that situation. This is not therapy, rather is it meditaion and contemplation, yet it has a therapeutical effect.
Goal: to know your truth. Means: an open mind and pen & paper. Effect: be free and in peace.
Offering The Work is merely faclitating it, which means that I'll honestly try to just lead you through the meditative process without suggesting or 'teaching'.
If you want I can add some coaching to that, in which case you can ask for advice, suggestions, insights etc.
For 10 more simbi, you can get an audio recording of the session and a short report.
Training & Qualifications
I am in the certification program at the Institute for The Work (Ojai, California, USA).
I can do The Work in English and Dutch (Flemish - my mother tongue).
As for the coaching part, I have no specific qualifications other than recommendations of friends who told me I should do coaching because (according to them) I have a talent to do so... And I do like it a lot! :-)
