Training & Qualifications
I have 9yrs of experience as a front line manager for a team of customer service employees I've served them as their leader, trainer, performance coach, and mentor. I have successfully dealt with a wide variety of employee's issues both behavioral and performance related. I use several techniques, such as coaching, counseling, product review, and supplemental training. I am able to get results that withstand union scrutiny.
