Interested in making beer but have no idea how to get started. There are several methods that could be used that could be simple with high ingredient costs or ones with cheap ingredient costs but require specialized equipment. I can explain the process and different methods and give the pros and cons to help you decide if it's something that you would like to do. I can also go through the different styles and help decide which is the right one for your first batch.
If you are a beginner I can help you better understand everything and help to improve efficiency.
Training & Qualifications
I have have a background in chemistry, agriculture and microbiology so am extremely knowledgeable in brewing theory. I have 3 years of hands on experience and make my own recipes specializing in historical, obscure, and hard to make style. I'm also experimenting with wild yeast capture (bioprospecting) but have yet to come across anything of interest.
