You provide the yarn and a pattern (many patterns available free on Ravelry.com). I mail you your completed custom item. Price may vary according to complexity.
A "medium" custom item would consist of something like a scarf or miniskirt. Average turnaround is roughly 3-4 weeks not including shipping time.
