Hi, I'm Kourtnie, a community college professor with an MFA in Creative Writing and BA in English, and I'm obsessed with stories. I'm published in print and online journals, and I write regularly on Wattpad and WordPress. Before graduate school, I was a professional copyeditor, copywriter, and community manager.

When I'm not writing, I'm reading. I'm a total Kindle junky, a Book of the Month member, and I read Medium, Wattpad, WordPress, and Wikipedia whenever I can carve five minutes between student and work responsibilities.

While I teach English at the community college, I'm also a student there, currently enrolled in programming courses. I like learning math on Brilliant and Blender on Skillshare. I'm also an RPG Maker MV and Dungeons & Dragons hobbyist. I'd like to publish games on the web, as well as iOS and Android devices, in the next few years.

I'm autistic and involved in the Twitter #ActuallyAutistic community. The cat lover side of me is active on Instagram. I'd rather have a swivel chair than Trump for president.
