I will either teach you some basic yoga poses or advise you on how to improve the ones that you know. We can Skype so that I can see you in action while I advise you what to adjust. Holding the best possible posture will give the best possible results. Yoga postures have been proven over centuries to be beneficial. Doing them correctly provides the most benefit. Teachers don't always have time in a yoga studio to make each and every adjustment that you would benefit from. For example, warrior two pose alone has many corrections that make it much more effective in helping you to open up and become more flexible, two of the goals of any yoga practice. I can also help with breathing and how to use yoga for meditation. Yoga advances from doing poses right, to doing breathing right, to moving mediation. Get the most out of your practice.
Training & Qualifications
I am the organizer of a free meetup group for yoga for approximately the last four years. We have over 4,200 members and classes every day. I attend yoga four times a week. I also substitute teach for our group and have taught as many as four classes in one week. I am not certified. I have learned from many teachers and share what they taught me.
