10 min guided meditation
I will provide a 10 minute Guided Meditation to relax and calm your mind and body. This can be done in person, by phone, recording or virtually. A great tool to help anxiety and stress.
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified yoga instructor (RYT 250), with experience leading meditation individually and in groups.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free during the day time, and can be available in the evening
