Organic Cocoa (Hand-blended)
Most of our cocoas were created with the intent of adding hot milk to them. This adds the lovely option of being able to use whatever sort of milk you prefer, though we've also been told they are quite tasty using only water. We are slowly adding new ones as we discover ingredients that meet our standards. (In order to make sure things properly dissolve, we have to experiment quite a bit, and it is hard to find organic options.)
So far I have a dark chocolate and a milk chocolate, butterscotch, strawberry, pomegranate, mint, and pumpkin. (Sadly, the pumpkin is not organic.) I also have two instant cocoas (dark and milk) - made with goat's milk.
I do ask that, if you can manage it, you help out with the shipping. (Unless we are trading things that are being mailed.)
Training & Qualifications
I have been working with herbs for close to twenty years, and whilst figuring out how to make medicinal teas tasty, discovered that making teas that were just for taste was lovely. Wasn't long after that I decided to start making my own cocoas as well.
Availability & Preferences
My schedule is somewhat random, as I work from home, and have chronic illness cutting into my capable hours. I usually take some time at night to attempt sleep.
