• 20 minute initial phone consultation where you can explain the area of health that you would like to improve (ie: stress & anxiety, frequent heartburn, gastritis, frequent colds, low energy, trouble sleeping) and I ask you questions to gather information.
• I will then put together a plan for your well-being taking into account your diet, sleep schedule, exercise schedule, work, medications and long term vision.
• 20 minute phone consultation to go over my recommendations with you and how to incorporate those into your routine.
My goal for you is to help you heal yourself with the use of herbs and herbal remedies in the comfort of your own home. I am most experienced with constipation, flatulence and inflammation, general stomach issues, gastritis, heartburn, kidney and liver cleanses, whole body detox, sleeplessness, fatigue, female hair growth, STRESS & ANXIETY.

I am an Herbalist-in-training and have studied plant remedies for 8 years. I have remedied friends, family and neighbors for many years, including my own children.
I run a small online apothecary as well, and have access to over 110 healing herbs. I make many herbal medicines such as tinctures, salves and teas.
