Sometimes we all just need a hug. I may not be able to give you a hug 'in person' but I will gladly give a virtual hug and I'll hold you as long as you need. I will 'see' you and I will assure you that you are not alone.
How will I do this? We'll figure out what works best for you ... a text perhaps ... an e-mail ... a chance to tell me your story while I 'hug' you.
