Private Yoga Lessons
I will help you create a yoga routine that works with both your goals and the space you have to work within. Classes can focus on the physical postures, or can incorporate yoga philosophy, chanting, breathing exercises, meditation, or other pieces of yoga that you are interested in learning. I love incorporating music and aromatherapy into class to create an inspiring and rejuvenating experience that reflects the needs of each students.
Training & Qualifications
I have a 200-hour teaching certificate from Wise Living Yoga Academy, as well as Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga training courses under my belt through Living Yoga. I currently teach at the SE Multnomah Health Clinic and have previously taught through Portland Parks and Rec and as a volunteer at Outside In. I have taught a number of private lessons as well as workday classes at a disability nonprofit called Incight. I have practiced for over 10 years and am constantly inspired to learn more.
Availability & Preferences
Thursday-Sunday works well, but weeknights are also an option.
