I am a warm and energetic yoga teacher with a passion for creating a peaceful and welcoming environment for students of all abilities. I am a social service worker by day, a musician by night, and a yoga teacher as often as I am asked to be, which (happily for me) is quite often. I have a 200 hour teaching certificate from Wise Living Yoga Academy, lots of continuing education classes under my belt, and 4 years of teaching experience.
