The empirical support for Mental Imagery for has flourished over the past two decades. Despite this many coaches, as well as practitioners of other therapeutic approaches, do not have a clear approach to dealing with stubborn conditions. Mental Imagery is an easy to understand to provide relief from certain traumas. Once that is understood you will learn how to apply this approach to a variety of other issues. The nature of the techniques shared, means that being a complete beginner does not put you at any great disadvantage; the technique is easy to learn and apply.
After chatting about your issue I will walk through a mental imagery specific to you and the issue you are experiencing. These exercises are easy to learn and practice because they take advantage of automatic sub-conscious process.
Training & Qualifications
After leaving the military in 2009, I began to reach out to other veterans to start combating "the symptoms." I quickly noticed that even though my brothers in arms were willing to share about what we were all experiencing, no one shared any real details. Nothing was really SAID about the actual trauma. Everyone talked about or around the issues, so i set out on a journey to find a "content free" way to solve this.
This is what led me to the unique fusion of NLP and Conversational Hypnosis I call Dynamic Mental Imagery. A content free way to address deep seeded issues on a personal level while taking advantage of the same automatic sub-conscious process holding it in place. This helps many more people without them having to pour out a life story which is sometimes all that is holding a person back and makes change more than a process.... It makes it an experience.
