Meditation (& Anxiety Management)
Meditation can open us up to the world without the illusion we cover it up with. This causes us much suffering but I can help you get started on the path to self discovery and a new relationship with the world around you. I will offer advice on meditation techniques in the zen, personal guided meditation,mantra techniques, stress /anxiety reducing skills and lam rim (Tibetan) styles. Also the philosophy of Buddhism and/or Hinduism (in particular devotional service and basic philosophy. Also will school you on the true nature of karma, enlightened action and empathy.
Training & Qualifications
Studied budhhism for many years and practiced both Hinduism and budhhism. I also have researched many other religions but these are the ones I would like to discuss and find beneficial.
