Learn to make coffee shop coffee

25

25 per package - Virtual OK - Posted Jan 01, 2018

I love coffee! And if you clicked on this, chances are you do, too. But, it is expensive at the coffee shop, being about $6 for a large, $4.50 for a medium, and about $3.75 for a small at most places.

Why not save the money and make it at home!?

This is a quick class to teach you how to make some great coffee at home. I will go over what you need to get started (a keurig, French press, or espresso maker are ideal), and help you find the ingredients. Then we will cover coffee types, which coffees you prefer, and finally we will go on to making the coffee and additives (because you know you can make your own caramel syrup, right? And that amazing dolche cinnamon syrup is a np-brainer!)

So stop paying hundreds each year on your morning latte or cup of Joe, and learn how to make it at home for under $2 for a venti or large.

Training & Qualifications

I make my own coffee, daily, and have done a lot of research and even asked questions at coffee shops in my area.
I have my own goats, so I always have fresh goat milk. Have to make use of it, and coffee flips the bill.

Availability & Preferences

We can work out a schedule that fits both of us!

Trading Preference: I’m flexible, just hit me up!

About Julie Ott

Hello! I'm Julie Ott. I may be young looking, but don't let that fool you (no, I REALLY do not know your niece who just graduated High School...really...) I am currently taking a rather long hiatus fr...om Culinary School to raise my (now) 1 year old son. Between toddler tantrums and daily chores, I tend the garden, care for the livestock, and make goat milk soap and cheese on the farm. I love to create jam and jelly recipes, and I also grew up canning all kinds of foods (my mother taught me.) My father taught me to care for livestock, and how to garden. We have a large herb garden behind the kitchen gardens, and actually dry a large amount of our own herbs. We just planted ginger this year; we will see! I also love to read historical romances, write novellas (historical romance ones, of course,) cook, bake, decorate cakes, sew clothing (including drafting historically accurate patterns, and then using them to create clothes), quilting, and I collect treadle sewing machines. That's just a bit of what I do and know, though! My fiance and I are currently in the planning stage of our homestead, and I designed the house myself. We will be cutting our own lumber starting next year, and from there the actual building will begin. That's about it! You can always ask if you want to know more, as I am sure that somewhere in this long paragraph I have missed something. Feel free to reach out!show more
